Urban warrants that products of its manufacture shall be free from defects in workmanship and/or material under normal use or service (based on no more than one, eight (8) hour shift per day, 5 days per week), for 90 days from date of initial delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in Urban Machinery’s Standard Terms and Conditions
